Kevin & Sherri Daugherty (Bridge Street Foundation Founders) Kevin and Sherri are residents of Bucks County and are the Founders of the Bridge Street Foundation, a private, family foundation established for grant making purposes. Kevin is also the founder of Speyside Equity, a Philadelphia equity firm that acquires and rebuilds underperforming businesses. Sherri Daugherty is the owner of Angel Hearts, an upscale women’s boutique in Newtown.

Tanya Cooper (Bridge Street Foundation President) Tanya is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Internal Auditor and Certified Information Systems Auditor with over 15 years of diverse operational, accounting and auditing experience, including consultative restructuring services. Throughout her career, she has functioned as a Chief Audit Executive for a publicly traded, high technology, global solutions company; a Corporate Controller of an automotive manufacturing supplier overseeing all accounting, forecasting and SEC reporting. Ms. Cooper is also a member of the Audit Committee for Vista Maria, located in Dearborn Heights, Michigan; which is a not-for-profit organization that is dedicated to transforming the lives of girls who have been faced with abuse, neglect and other challenges throughout their young lives. Tanya also serves on the Board of Governors for the Detroit Chapter of the Institute of Internal Auditors and is also a past president of the organization. Ms. Cooper received her Bachelor of Commerce (Honours Business Administration) from the University of Windsor in Ontario, Canada.

Jed Bernstein (Producing Director) After 11 years as President of the League of American Theatres and Producers, now the Broadway League, Jed launched Above The Title Entertainment, a theatre/television production company and marketing consultancy that combines his skills at marketing and promotion with his love for the theatre. While at the League, Jed provided leadership in developing such industry wide programs as: Kids' Night on Broadway, the Internet Broadway Data Base, and a corporate sponsorship program that generated $150mm+ of cash and measurable media support over eight years. Jed also played a central role in the industry's response to the events of 9/11. Above the Title Entertainment projects have included the Off-Broadway critically acclaimed musical revue, Don't Quit Your Night Job; the 7-time Tony Award® nominated Passing Strange, the smash revival of Equus, starring Daniel Radcliffe and Richard Griffiths; David Mamet's highly praised Oleanna, starring Julia Stiles and Bill Pullman; the Tony Award®-winning revival of Hair; Stephen Schwartz's newly re-imagined Working in Chicago; and the Broadway and West End hit Driving Miss Daisy starring Vanessa Redgrave, James Earl Jones, and Boyd Gaines. He is currently co-producing Rated P: For Parenthood, opening February 29th, Off-Broadway. Mr. Bernstein is in his sixth year as executive director of the Commercial Theater Institute, a training program for young producers. He also serves on the board of The Actors Fund and was appointed to the Theatre Authority by Mayor Bloomberg.

Peggy McRae (Director of Community Affairs) The Founder of the Bucks County Playhouse Conservancy, Peggy is a local community activist who has been on a personal mission to save the 72 year-old Straw Hat Theatre for the past two years. As a Michigan State University grad with a strong background in marketing, she was transplanted to Buckingham Township in 1999 with her husband and two sons and embraced the region's rich cultural history of the Arts. Through this journey, she has received enthusiastic support for the project from many illustrious BCP Alumni as well as from numerous community leaders who have joined the team to rejuvenate this historic landmark.

Daryl Boling (General Manager) Daryl comes to Bucks County Playhouse after spending the last 4 ½ years at New York’s Off-Broadway Signature Theatre. During his time as Signature’s Operations Manager, he had the privilege of managing many of the daily Production and Administrative Operations as well as serving as a key player in launching and relocating the company into Signature Center – a Times Square-adjacent 75,000 square foot, Frank Gehry-designed, permanent home for Signature Theatre – fully realizing the company’s long-standing mission to celebrate playwrights at all levels of their careers.

Prior to Signature, Daryl served for 8 years as the Founding Managing Director of Manhattan Theatre Source – an Off-Off Broadway arts service organization and theatre with a mission of linking disparate New York City performing arts communities.  Daryl provided leadership in collaboratively sculpting the space, the message, and the infrastructure that helped launched an institution that became a cornerstone of the Greenwich Village arts community for more than a decade. Additionally, he produced over a dozen critically and commercially successful productions ranging from Sam Shepard’s A Lie of the Mind and Peter Shaffer’s Black Comedy/The White Liars to Keith Reddin’s All The Rage. Over the years, Daryl crafted much of the web, print marketing and messaging at ‘The Source’, influenced heavily by his previous years working in Promotion Marketing at Comedy Central.

Prior to moving to New York, Daryl rounded out his training by serving as Operations Manager (Prudential Securities) and Property Manager (Windmill Apartments).

Britt Marden (Director of Marketing) is currently Vice President of Marketing and Development at Above the Title Entertainment. She has headed the marketing efforts for the Broadway hit Driving Miss Daisy, Working in Chicago, and the new Off-Broadway musical Rated P…For Parenthood and has produced numerous events for The Bloomberg Family Foundation and the YMCA of Greater NY. Britt began her career at the Broadway League (Then The League of American Theatres and Producers) in 1999 as the assistant to the President. For 10 years she served as Manager of Events and Programs, producing and executing all of the League's major industry-wide events including Broadway on Broadway, Kids' Night on Broadway, Broadway Under The Stars, Stars in the Alley, and more. She was associate producer on several television specials including The Visa Tony Award Preview Concert for which she earned a NY Emmy nomination. In addition to these large scale productions she was the point person for the League's cornerstone sponsors and partners to coordinate VIP and hospitality programming for clients around the country. Her clients included Continental Airlines, Visa, JP Morgan Chase, IBM, Sprint, Net Jets, Anheuser-Busch, among many others. The events had a philanthropic component that successfully raised money for Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS. Britt has also coordinated League member forums and a special speaker series which included appearances by author, Seth Godin and New York City restaurateur, Danny Meyer. From 2004-2010, Britt was the marketing manager for the Tony Award marketing and sponsorship team that developed and implemented marketing advertising and promotional strategies to create awareness and increase tune-in for the CBS broadcast. She is a graduate of Colgate University.

Matthew Troillett (Artistic Associate) joined the Above the Title Entertainment team full time in the fall of 2010. He is a graduate of the Wright State University Professional Actor Training Program with a Cum Laude Honors B.F.A. degree in Acting. ATTE projects include: The Broadway and London productions of Driving Miss Daisy and Stephen Schwartz’s Working in Chicago. In addition he serves as the Program Administrator for the Commercial Theater Institute, a thirty plus year old training program for early career producers. Previously, Matthew worked as the casting intern at Manhattan Theatre Club and spent summers at The Human Race Theatre Co. assisting with their New Musical Workshops and as the Assistant Company Manager for the West Virginia Public Theatre's inaugural season at the Morgantown Events Center. At Wright State, he served as the Producing Artistic Director of the Jubilee Directing Lab Theatre, the completely student run performance space on campus, where he directed: i Sing!, Art, D-Lab Cab and Senior Year's A Drag. Also while at WSU he conceived his one person show: Holy Homo Batman!, and was the Producing Director of Stu-Cab '08: The Resurrection.

Mandee Kuenzle (Senior Marketing & Communications Manager) Mandee’s most recent professional accomplishments include creating awareness within the public and media, serving as Director of Communications for one of New Hope’s most exciting and latest addition, The Bucks Children’s Museum. Mandee’s vast, valuable skill set includes graphic design, photography, acting, writing, speech writing and public speaking. Mandee holds a BFA in Visual Communications, has studied acting & directing at New York University and is upon completion of her Master’s Degree at La Salle University. In addition to having established media relationships within the local press community, Mandee also offers national advertising experience from her former corporate marketing role with Royal Doulton, USA. Mandee’s national advertising & creative efforts include radio, television, print and web promotions, while finding personal fulfillment through volunteer work for specific children’s causes within Bucks and Mercer County areas, striving to enhance and improve the lives of children.
