The Finance Manager will report to the Director of Administration. This is an exempt full-time position with a work week consisting of at least 40 hours per week, more when necessary to meet deadlines.

Bucks County Playhouse is seeking Ushers for May 2024 – January 2025. Summer-only applicants will be considered. This is not an acting opportunity or a pathway to an acting opportunity.
This is a fun, fast paced environment and is a perfect opportunity for high school seniors, college students, full-time professionals seeking additional income, and retirees looking to stay active. Candidates must be 17 years old at the time of their start date.

This position will require you to move about a raked theater space before and during performances. You will need to be able to navigate in low-light. Use of ticket scanning devices and ability to hand out programs and verbalize directions is required. Ushers assist in emergency situations so you will need to be able to open doors and speak loudly and clearly.

For those seeking to work backstage, the Bucks County Playhouse Production Department regularly brings in casual over hire labor to support shows.
BCP hosts a wide variety of shows and events. Crew needs will vary and include, but are not limited to: sound, lighting, wardrobe, carpentry, properties, painting, rigging, video, run crew, and stage management. Please inquire with details of the areas you would like to work in.
Over hire crew members are expected to be knowledgeable in the department they are working, be flexible working with other departments as needed, and adhere to safety guidelines.

Props Supervisor
This is a full-time exempt position reporting directly to the Production Manager with a work week consisting of at least 40 working hours, more during certain weeks of production. Duties of the position will evolve as the organization and its needs evolve.
The Props Supervisor is an essential member of the BCP production team, collaborating closely with designers, production team members, visiting artists, and the Director of Production to ensure that all projects produced and presented at BCP are executed to the highest possible standard.
The Props Supervisor is responsible for the fabrication, organization, and maintenance of props for all BCP productions.

Wig & Wardrobe Supervisor
This is a full-time exempt position reporting directly to the Production Manager with a work week consisting of at least 40 working hours. Duties of the position will evolve as the organization and its needs evolve.
The Wig & Wardrobe Supervisor is an essential member of the BCP production team, collaborating closely with designers, production team members, visiting artists, and the Director of Production to ensure that all projects produced and presented at BCP are executed to the highest possible standard.
The Wardrobe Supervisor is responsible for the costume maintenance, preshow, and post-show needs for all BCP productions and presentations. The position works intimately with the acting ensemble; as such, they should be able to handle issues with discretion, prioritize privacy, and value creating a comfortable work environment. When not in performance, the Wardrobe Supervisor maintains the costume shop and inventory. Duties assigned will align with the skills of the Wardrobe Supervisor, and may include stitching, hair, makeup, or other tasks. The work schedule will follow the performance schedule, to be adjusted when not in performance.
