What are your Box Office Hours?
Currently, our in-person Box Office is only open 2 hours before scheduled performances.

The Box Office line is attended Monday-Friday from 12-5pm. Messages recieved after hours will be returned the next business day.

What are the Ticketing Fees?
Restoration Fee:
The $3.00 restoration fee goes directly to improving the Bucks County Playhouse. This includes renovations, upgrades, etc. It also goes directly to any programming that appears on the stage, for example, our BCP Youth Company. Thank you for helping us bring diverse and exciting theater, concerts, and other events to Bucks County!  The restoration fee is non-waivable, and applies to every ticket purchased for the Bucks County Playhouse.

Service Fee:
The $4.00 service fee covers the cost of utilizing Patron Manager, a ticketing software that helps make ticket purchases, subscriptions, and seating more convenient for our patrons. The convenience fee is non-waivable, and applies to every ticket purchased for the Bucks County Playhouse.

Mailing Fee:
The $1.00 fee covers postage for mailing tickets to our patrons  It is waivable if you simply elect to hold your tickets at Will Call or come in person to pick them up.

Do you offer group discounts?
Groups 10 or more can save up to 25%. CLICK HERE to visit our groups sales page.

Do you offer military discounts?
As a special thank you to all who serve our country in the military of Armed Forces, we are proud to offer a 10% military discount to all active and retired military members. This discount is available at our box office and the New Hope Visitors Center. Please present your official military or veteran ID card at the Box Office when purchasing tickets or picking up will call. This offer is only available in person or over the phone. (Please note: This offer may not be available for Visiting Artist performances. Please inquire at Box Office).

Does my child need a ticket?
Every attendee needs to have a ticket. Children under the age of 4 are not permitted in the theater.

What is your refund policy?
There are no refunds on ticket orders or subscriptions.

What is your exchange policy?
All sales are final and non-refundable. Subject to availability, tickets can be exchanged prior to the performance date for another performance date of the same production with a $10.00 per ticket exchange handling fee. The $10.00 fee is waived for all current season ticket holders. All ticket holders who exchange into a more expensive performance or higher-priced seating section will be charged the difference in the ticket price.

What is your inclement weather policy?
Inclement weather is not a cause for a refund. In extraordinary circumstances when a performance is cancelled or postponed for any reason (including, but not limited to weather), patrons will be alerted with updated performance details via email, phone and our website.

At The Playhouse

How early should I arrive for the performance?
Theater doors open a half hour prior to the performance. Due to social distancing, we are employing timed entry at some performances. We recommend arriving into New Hope 1 hour prior to the performance to allot for parking.

What happens if I arrive late?
Late seating is at the discretion House Management. Refund and exchange policies apply.

Am I permitted to record or photograph a performance in the theater?
Audio and video recording devices and cameras are strictly prohibited inside the Bucks County Playhouse.

What is the best way to stay informed about upcoming events at BCP?

Do you provide services for guests with disabilities?
The Bucks County Playhouse is compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act.

We offer Assitive Listening Devices for non- or low-hearing patrons, free of cost. You will need to provide a form of ID to borrow a device for your performance.

Accessible restrooms are located in the Lobby of the Playhouse and in the Deck Restaurant connected to the theater.

Are food and beverages available at the theater?
Food and beverages are available at The Deck Restaurant and Bar, Gazebo Bar and our Lobby Bar. No outside food or beverage is allowed.

What is dynamic pricing?
Bucks County Playhouse employs a system of dynamic pricing. Prices increase based on demand. Season ticket holders and patrons who purchase tickets in advanced benefit under this pricing model. We encourage you to purchase tickets well in advanced as prices may increase without warning. If you have any questions about our dynamic pricing, please call the Box Office at 215-862-2121.
