A hilarious new musical about an unintentionally hilarious new musical! Two aspiring writers have written what they’re convinced is the next great Broadway hit — an epic musical about printing press inventor Johann Gutenberg. With nothing more than a piano, a collection of baseball caps and boundless enthusiasm, they perform every role in a backers’ audition they hope will make their Broadway dreams come true. For the first time, the two roles will be performed by women in this fast, funny and wildly inventive love letter to musical theatre — and the people who dream of making it.
